Montgomery County R-2 is updating the payment system we use within Infinite Campus. This means that any payment method you had saved to pay your student's food service bill will have to be entered again. We apologize for any inconvenience, but it is a necessary security measure.

Montgomery County R-II Wildcat Award, Mrs. Sheridan Temperly

October 2025

This year’s district theme, “Be the Difference,” reminds us that every action, every smile, and every moment of care has the power to change lives. Our staff live this message every day—by inspiring curiosity in our students, supporting one another, and creating an environment where everyone can thrive.
The individual we’re recognizing today has truly been the difference—through their dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment to our students and community. Today we honor Mrs. Sheridan Temperly, an interventionist at JBE.

Sheridan took on a new role this year as interventionist to our struggling students. She has excelled in this position. She has also been a great help to the teachers. She has stepped up, without complaint, and helped many staff members. She is always willing to step in and help out whenever and wherever it is needed. She helped me with a parent question that I wasn't sure how to answer, and I know has helped other teachers in many different areas. Sheridan has gone above and beyond what was expected of her in her new role this year. All her hard work and dedication to our teachers and students is appreciated by all.

I would like to nominate Mrs. Sheridan Temperly for the Wildcat Award. Since stepping into the role of interventionist this year, she has made an incredible impact on both students and staff. Sheridan’s passion for helping kids learn shines through every single day. She is consistently organized, punctual, and dependable, ensuring that each student receives the support they need to grow and succeed. Whether it’s providing extra help to a struggling learner, offering a hand to a colleague, or jumping in wherever needed, Sheridan does it all with kindness, professionalism, and a genuine heart for children. Mrs. Temperly's dedication and positive spirit truly embody what it means to be a Wildcat!

Sheridan is deserving of this award because she always shows up for all those around her. Sheridan is in a new position this year at school and you would never know it was her first year. She goes above and beyond for the kids that she works with and checks on staff daily to make sure that they’re OK. Sheridan is one of the kindest, sweetest people at Jonesburg and we are so lucky to have her.

Our district’s mission is to create lifelong learners and productive citizens. The Wildcat Award winners support our mission by building meaningful connections, creating a supportive learning environment, and through their commitment to professional growth. Their dedication fosters a love for learning and makes our schools welcoming spaces. We are fortunate Sheridan is a part of our Wildcat family!

Mrs. Debbie Brower & Ms. Diane Derocher
September 2025

This year’s district theme, “Be the Difference,” reminds us that every action, every smile, and every moment of care has the power to change lives. Our staff live this message every day—by inspiring curiosity in our students, supporting one another, and creating an environment where everyone can thrive.
The individuals we’re recognizing today have truly been the difference—through their dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment to our students and community. Today we honor Mrs. Debbie Brower, the lunch clerk at MCE, and Ms. Diane Derocher, the secretary at MCE.
Debbie and Diane at MCE have made the back to school transition so easy for students and staff! They put in so much work to ensure all of our students arrive and go home safely each day. Diane and Debbie do a wonderful job in communicating changes and other staff needs on a daily basis. Debbie and Diane support our students' needs by ensuring the office environment is welcoming and inclusive. Debbie & Diane make a positive impact not only for our students who may have a hard time in the morning due to arriving at school late but ensuring that there is a smooth transition into the classroom after leaving the office.

Debbie and Diana go above and beyond to make the back to school transition seem less for teachers and parents. The cafeteria flows and Debbie knows what is going on and is thorough in making sure kids get their needs met. Diana has made transportation information easy when the task itself is not. Both ladies make sure procedures and boundaries are established and followed making for a great first couple of weeks with lots of new students and staff in the building. Thank you for always having our students' needs in mind and helping our staff make sure they are fed and delivered where needed! You both are a huge asset to the community at MCE!

Our district’s mission is to create lifelong learners and productive citizens. The Wildcat Award winners support our mission by building meaningful connections, creating a supportive learning environment, and through their commitment to professional growth.
